A credit card is required to guarantee a reservation. After October 19, 2011 a one night, NON-refundable deposit (room and tax) representing the first night of your reservation will be charged to your credit card

Travel Information

Hershey is conveniently located in Central Pennsylvania, just 3 hours from New York City, 2 hours from Washington D.C., and 1 ½ hours from Baltimore and Philadelphia.

Airports:

  • Harrisburg International Airport - MDT (approximately 15 minute drive from hotel)

AIRPORT SHUTTLE SERVICE: Guests of Hershey Resorts may arrange for shuttle service to and from the airport for a minimal fee. We recommend you make arrangements for airport pick-up in advance of your arrival. To schedule, please contact the Hershey Lodge at 717-533-3311 and ask for the concierge.

  • Baltimore/Washington International Thurgood Marshall Airport - BWI (approximately 90 minute drive from hotel)

Train Station:

  • Harrisburg Train Station - a short 15-minute drive from Hershey and is serviced by Amtrak. Seven trains arrive from Philadelphia every business day, 5 of which originate in New York City and travel through Philadelphia. The average travel time by train from Penn Station in NYC to Harrisburg is approximately 3.5 hours. From 30th Street Station in Philadelphia to Harrisburg is approximately 2 hours.
