Speakers Corner

Thank you again to all who submitted proposals for the 2011 EACUBO Annual Meeting! The following information will be helpful for you as you prepare for the Annual Meeting in October.

Presentations

Please use the 2011 Annual Meeting Power Point Template

Audio Visual

Standard audio visual in each concurrent session room will include:

  • LCD Projector & Screen
  • Podium with microphone
  • Table microphone for presentations with more than 2 speakers
  • 1 wireless lavalier microphone

Please note that we do not provide computers in the concurrent session rooms and you are asked to bring your own laptop.

If you are a MAC user, please be sure to bring the VGA display adapter that allows your maching to hook up to the projector. This adapter varies depending on the generation of your particular machine. They can be purchased at the Apple Store, Radioshack, Amazon.com, etc. The cost depends on the MAC, but averages between $20 and $30. It is important that you bring this adapter as will not have them on site.
