2008 Workshop Highlights

Thank you for attending the 2008 EACUBO Annual Professional Development Workshop.  We hope you enjoyed your time in Philadelphia.

To request CPE credits, complete the online certification form.

1. Click CPE Online Certificate Request Form
2. Fill out all the required fields for your CPE certificate
3. Select multiple sessions, use your mouse to click on every session you have attended to receive credit for those courses. Please note that you do not need to use your control key to select multiple sessions.

CPE requests will be verified with the sign in sheets of each session.  Certificates will be available four to six weeks following the Annual Workshop
