EACUBO Continuing Professional Education (CPE) Required Policies

New for 2011 - EACUBO is changing the way we process CPE verification for the Annual Workshop and Annual Meeting. Starting with the 2011 Annual Workshop, your namebadge will include a barcode that you must have scanned when you enter a session at each session you attend. This is our verification for signing in to sessions for CPEs. CPE certificates will be automatically e-mailed to attendees within 2 weeks of an EACUBO Annual Workshop and Annual Meeting. CPE certificates for Area Program Committee Meetings in the spring and the fall will be processed by verification on a sign in and out sheet and you will be asked to complete the CPE online request form below.

**Please do not use the online request form for CPE for the 2011 Annual Meeting** Your certificate will be automatically emailed to you within 2 - 4 weeks after the meeting. Thank you.
