Each of the EACUBO committees works closely with the Board of Directors and has a Board member who serves as a liaison and a member of the respective committee. The Board of Directors typically holds 2 planning retreats each year. The chairs and vice chairs of all committees may be invited to participate in there retreats to assist in defining the priorities and projects for the coming year. There is also a committee orientation held at the Annual Meeting where committee responsibilities and expectations are outlined.
