Registration Cancellation/Refund Policy:
Cancellation notices must be received in writing via fax (860) 586-7550 or email: jtedford@eacubo.org. Registration cancellations received on or before Tuesday, September 14, 2011 are eligible for a refund less a $50.00 administration fee. Registrations canceling after the above date, and conference no-shows, are liable for the full amount due. Substitutions are accepted in writing via fax (860) 586-7550 or email jtedford@eacubo.org at no additional charge.
