Note: Badges are required to attend all sessions, exhibit hall, and events.

Registration Categories

Full Registration (member and nonmember): Includes the educational sessions, continental breakfasts, exhibit hall, lunches, and special events. It is crucial to provide a valid email address for each registered attendee. Registrants must make their own housing reservations.

Guest Registration (16+ years only): Includes admission to continental breakfasts, lunches, and special events. Guest Registration does not include access to the Educational Sessions.

Single Day Registration: Registrants that are unable to attend the full meeting may choose a single day registration fee.

Additional Event Tickets: Includes admission to the event specified. Additional event tickets are meant for spouse/partner of a registered attendee and Expo-only registrants. Attendees that have paid the full registration fee do not need to purchase event tickets for themselves. These events are included with all full registrations.

Registration Policies

Confirmation: A confirmation will be emailed upon of receipt of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact EACUBO at 202.861.2595 or by email.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notices must be received in writing via fax 202.354.4980 or by email. Registration cancellations will receive a full (100%) refund up to September 15, 2017, a 50% refund up to October 1, 2017, no refund after October 1, 2017.

Substitution Policy: Substitution of a registered attendee is allowed at any time with the authorization of the person who is no longer able to attend. Email the name of the registrant and substitute attendee's name and contact information to EACUBO.

Code of Conduct: All attendees of the EACUBO 2017 Annual Meeting agree to comply with all rules and conditions of the meeting, including all rules in the program, all rules in correspondence regarding the Annual Meeting, and all rules that are posted onsite at the meeting.

Important Registration Deadlines

September 8, 2017 - Deadline for Early-Bird registration
September 15, 2017 - Deadline for full (100%) refund
October 1, 2017 - Deadline for 50% refund
October 14, 2017 - Deadline for Regular registration

Payment

You may complete your online registration with one of the following payment methods: American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. To pay by check, please complete the EACUBO Annual Meeting Registration Form, and then submit to: 1110 Vermont Avenue NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20005. Registration forms received without payment will not be processed.
