Fisher, currently assistant vice president for finance
and administration at Rochester Institute if Technology,
is a “local boy who made good”, having
graduated from RIT and spent his entire business
career at that institution

and professional education, the Institute consists
of eight colleges located on a 1,350 acre campus
with over 15,000 students. It is particularly well-known
for its offerings in imaging, computing and information
sciences, photography, design and art, engineering,
and education of the deaf. In addition, RIT offers
three international schools: the American College
of Management and Technology in Dubrovnik, Croatia,

Institute Exceeds Highest Expectations
The July 2004 annual program was highlighted by opening
keynote address from Jeffrey Lehman, Cornell’s
newly-elected President and an workshop on building
leadership skills and managing change, presented
by Thomas J. Champoux, executive vice president of
The Effectiveness Institute, Inc. Intended to provide
in-depth training for departmental, divisional, and
college business managers, the Institute consistently
gets rave reviews from its attendees.
