Registration Categories

Full Registration (member and nonmember): Includes the educational sessions, breakfasts, lunches, and special events. It is crucial to provide a valid email address for each registered attendee. Registrants must make their own lodging reservations.

Guest Registration: Includes admission to breakfasts, lunches and special events; guest registration does not include access to educational sessions.

 

Additional Reception Tickets: Extra tickets to the receptions are for guests of registered attendees.

 

Badges are required to attend all sessions and events.

 

Registration Policies

Confirmation: A confirmation will be emailed upon receipt of registration. If you do not receive a confirmation, contact EACUBO at (202) 861-2559 or by email.

 

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notices must be received by email. Registration cancellations will receive a full (100%) refund up to September 18, 2022, a 50% refund September 19 – October 29 and no refund after that date.  Conference “no shows” will not receive a refund.

 

Payment

You may complete your online registration with one of the following payment methods: American Express, MasterCard, and Visa. To pay by check, complete the registration form and mail to: EACUBO, 1110 Vermont Avenue NW, Suite 800, Washington, DC 20005. Forms received without payment will not be processed.
