She has nearly 20 years of experience in tax planning and compliance for tax-exempt organizations. Her experience includes serving as a technical resource and providing transactional analysis and consulting for tax-exempt organizations and their donors. Alexandra also represents tax-exempt organizations before the IRS with respect to private letter ruling requests, determination letters and IRS examinations. In addition, she advises clients with respect to legislative and regulatory matters.
