Managing Director, Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate
Brian Dugan serves as a Managing Director for Edgemoor Infrastructure & Real Estate. Edgemoor is a leading developer and manager of buildings and infrastructure for public sector owners and universities, with over $4.7 billion of projects delivered or under construction nationally. As part of Edgemoor’s executive leadership team, Brian helps manage the firm’s strategy, finances, and talent. Additionally, he is responsible for identifying opportunities, forming partnerships, sourcing debt and equity, negotiating contracts, and overseeing projects. Prior to joining Edgemoor in 2013, Brian was with Poseidon and helped develop the $1 billion Carlsbad Seawater Desalination Project in San Diego County. Brian holds an MBA from the UCLA Anderson School of Management and a BS from the University of Virginia McIntire School of Commerce.
