Cynthia A. Hogan is a seasoned nonprofit executive and educator with a distinguished record of leadership in community outreach, event planning, and educational programming. With over two decades of experience in nonprofit management, museum education, and academia, she has championed equity and access through strategic initiatives and inclusive programming. Cynthia has held leadership roles at the American Academy of Religion and the North Carolina Museum of Art, where she directed events, fostered partnerships, and developed educational programs. A passionate advocate for underserved communities and lifelong learning, she has also taught religion and history at multiple colleges. Cynthia holds an MA and PhD from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, as well as an MA from North Carolina State University. Her work is guided by a deep commitment to service, collaborative leadership, and empowering others through education and mentorship.
