Debra Roane is a Vice President and Senior Credit Officer in Moody’s US Public Finance Group where she covers credit analysis for higher education and not-for-profit institutions, including major public and private university systems and prominent cultural institutions and foundations. She has played a key role in expanding Moody’s international coverage, of colleges and universities in Australia and Singapore, and was instrumental in initiating the development of Moody’s regional and local government ratings in China. Debra previously served with the Federal Transportation Administration and holds degrees from McGill University and the New School for Social Research.
