George Kuzma

Vice President, Gourmet Dining, LLC

George Kuzma has 30 years of experience in higher education finance, auxiliary services and hospitality management, including 16 years at Manhattan College and, since 2012, his role as Vice President at Gourmet Dining, LLC. A past president of the National Association of Educational Procurement (NAEP), he championed eProcurement long before it became standard practice. At Gourmet Dining, he brought the company into NACUFS and led its award-winning dining programs at eight institutions. He also helped make Gourmet Dining the first in the industry to offer full mobile ordering on a college campus, along with ghost kitchens, food lockers and allergen-friendly dining.
