Jennifer Lundy

Vice President for Finance & Campus Operations, Gannon University

Dr. Jennifer Lundy serves as Vice President for Finance & Campus Operations at Gannon University, where she provides strategic oversight of finance, accounting, facilities, public safety, and human resources across campuses in Erie, PA and Ruskin, FL. She manages the university's $100+ million budget and endowment while serving as liaison to multiple Board of Trustees committees.

Dr. Lundy led the merger strategy resulting in Gannon's acquisition of Ursuline College in June 2025 and designed the comprehensive integration strategy to combine operations post-acquisition. Her unique transaction experience includes overseeing Seton Hill University's historic acquisition of campus property from the founding religious order, the Sisters of Charity, managing the complex valuation and financing processes while supporting the negotiations between the institutions.

With over two decades in higher education finance, Dr. Lundy has consistently delivered results while leading institutions through major accreditations, debt refinancing, and capital projects. She holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership and Learning in Organizations from Vanderbilt University and an MBA from Chatham University.

Dr. Lundy is an active EACUBO member, serving as a regular conference panelist and mentor. She also serves on the FISA Foundation Board of Directors and has extensive experience as a Middle States Commission peer evaluator and vice chair.
