Mark Marson is the General Manager of Dining Services at Western New England University, where he has led the campus dining program for the past year. With over 15 years of experience at Aramark, Mark began his career as an Executive Chef and steadily advanced through leadership roles, bringing both culinary expertise and operational insight to every position.He holds an Associate’s Degree in Culinary Arts and a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, a unique combination that allows him to balance creativity in the kitchen with strategic business management. Mark is passionate about building long lasting relationships with students and believes that understanding their needs is key to creating a vibrant and responsive dining experience.
