Nicholas “Nick” Valinotti

Hospitality Finance and Operations Professional, Gourmet Dining, LLC

Nicholas "Nick" Valinotti is a hospitality finance and operations professional with Gourmet Dining LLC, the contract food service company that runs dining programs for colleges and universities. A graduate of Marist College, he has spent more than a decade in campus and hotel food and beverage.

He began at Gourmet Dining in marketing and community relations before moving into finance as a financial controller with Compass Group's Gourmet Dining division. As Resident District Manager at Manhattan College, he launched a student internship program to bring campus food service and students closer together.

In 2022 he joined PUBLIC, an Ian Schrager Hotel in New York, as Food and Beverage Controller, managing the financial side of the hotel's restaurant and bar operations. He returned to Gourmet Dining in 2023, where he now oversees finances as Regional Controller.

His teams have earned NACUFS Loyal E. Horton Dining Awards for Residential Dining (2013 and 2014) and Residential Sales–Single Concept (2012). He is also an Eagle Scout.
