Nicholas Piscitello is an accomplished higher education leader with over two decades of experience driving operational excellence, strategic planning, and institutional change. As Senior Director of Auxiliary Services at Tufts University, Nick oversees a broad portfolio including campus services, parking and transportation, conference and event operations, contract management, and retail partnerships. His leadership is rooted in a deep understanding of how auxiliary functions contribute to both the student experience and the university’s financial sustainability. Prior to joining Tufts, Nick served as Executive Director of Administrative Services at UMass Lowell, where he led key initiatives in customer service transformation, union labor contract negotiations, and business innovation. Throughout his career, he has championed collaborative and data-informed change management practices, fostering cross-functional alignment and building institutional readiness for transformation. Nick holds an MBA and a Master’s in Education Administration.
