Rebecca Burgstahler

Director of Finance, The College of Wooster

Rebecca is Finance Director for the College of Wooster specializing in strategy and long-range financial planning. She is a strategic finance leader dedicated to driving organizational value through collaboration and data-informed decision making. Rebecca joined the College in October 2024 with a focus on long-range financial modeling, budgeting, financial planning for strategic initiatives, interim forecasting processes, and fostering finance/campus partnerships. Before joining the College Rebecca spent 9.5 years at Ernst & Young LLP where she led global operating model effectiveness and intercompany consulting, compliance and audit engagements for middle-market to Fortune 100 companies. Rebecca previously served as Global Finance Manager for CNH Industrial collaborating with global financial controllers and business leaders on pricing, planning, compliance reporting, and audit response. Early in her career, Rebecca held planning, grants and research roles with the USDA Economic Research Service, the University of Illinois, and AgeOptions, an Area Agency on Aging. She has also provided consulting services to NGOs including Feeding America, the AARP Foundation and the Nature Conservancy.
