Dr. Hines is a result driven, focused, and effectual leader. He has demonstrated throughout career the proven ability to provide enhanced organizational leadership through data driven decision making in academic affairs, strategic planning, enrollment management and institutional change management in Higher Education and not-for-profit sectors. He has implemented and led efforts to enhance collaborations with administration, faculty, students, and staff to strengthen their ability to make data-informed decisions that support the development of the institution’s strategic strategies and initiatives. His research expertise and areas are in the areas of organizational and leadership coaching, strategic communication, data visualization, implementation, and dissemination, and facilitation of systems to facilitate and enhance data-informed decision making. Additionally, he has partnered with key stakeholders across a diverse group of institutions to support the institutionalization of high impact practices, development of integrate enrollment management plans, data governance, stewardship and security structures, alignment of enrollment planning and budgeting practices to support institutional effectiveness and led program-specific competency assessments initiatives. Dr. Hines graduated with a Ph.D. In Educational Administration from Michigan State University “Spartans Will” and has a Master of Science in Community Psychology and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from the Florida Agricultural and Mechanical University “We Bragg Different”.
