Terri Albertson

VP for Finance and Administration, Ursinus College

Terri Albertson is a senior executive with deep expertise in finance, operations, and strategic leadership in higher education. She currently serves as Vice President for Finance and Administration at Ursinus College, where she provides oversight for Finance, Human Resources, Information Technology, Facilities, Auxiliary Services, and Risk Management.

Since joining Ursinus, Terri has led transformative initiatives that have strengthened the college’s financial position, modernized its systems, and improved institutional resilience. Her leadership has resulted in a successful bond refinancing, the implementation of a new Oracle ERP and HCM system, and significant cost savings through restructured vendor contracts and health benefits. She has also championed initiatives in sustainability, downtown revitalization, and enhanced administrative service delivery.

Terri brings over two decades of experience, including prior service as Associate CFO at Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine and as a partner in public accounting. Her governance and professional involvement include serving on the Accounting Principles Council for NACUBO and playing a role in the merger of Salus University with Drexel University as a former board member. She also serves on the Fiscal Responsibility Subcommittee at Pope John Paul II High School.

Terri is known for her ability to anticipate challenges, communicate complex financial matters with clarity, and lead with creativity, empathy, and discipline. She is deeply committed to mission-driven service and to building collaborative, high-performing teams across the institutions she serves.
