Tracy Hassett is a seasoned professional in risk management and human resources strategy, with over 25 years of experience in the education sector. While Tracy served as WPI's CHRO, she played an instrumental role in creating the member-owned captive edHEALTH when colleges and universities joined forces to control healthcare costs better. Since becoming edHEALTH President and CEO in 2015, she's grown the coalition from six to 28 schools with 100% retention. Based on the growing needs of several institutions, she restructured edHEALTH, which has saved member-owners more than $184 million since inception, to become a program of the school-sponsored edRISK, launching edLIABILITY and edPROPERTY last year. Her creation of edRISK also opens the door to future opportunities to support colleges and universities. The newest programs, edLIABILITY and edPROPERTY, are projected to save member-owners between 7% and 15% over the first five years
