Casey Kendall is the Chief Information Officer and Associate Vice President for Information Technology & Analytics at Ithaca College. She leads the institution's technology strategy, including infrastructure, enterprise systems, data and analytics, cybersecurity, and AI initiatives. An active contributor to EDUCAUSE, Casey has published and presented nationally on AI governance, digital transformation, and institutional analytics, bringing experience from the military, manufacturing, and higher education sectors.
