Data Analytics for Better Strategic Results

Higher education institutions have access to more data than ever yet turning that data into meaningful insights—and ultimately better decisions—remains a challenge. This session will explore how college and university business officers can use data analytics to strengthen strategic planning, improve financial and operational performance, and support more informed decision-making.
Through practical examples and real-world applications, participants will learn how institutions are moving beyond traditional reporting to identify trends, evaluate performance, uncover opportunities, and proactively address emerging risks. The session will also discuss approaches for building an effective analytics framework, selecting meaningful metrics and key performance indicators, and presenting insights in ways that enable institutional leaders to take action.
