Registration Information

Registration Categories

Full Registration (member and non-member): Includes educational sessions, breakfasts, lunches, and special events. It is crucial to provide a valid email address for each registered attendee. Registrants must make their own lodging reservations.

Note - - - Badges are required to attend all sessions and events.

All sessions will take place at The Newport Marriott Hotel & Spa located at 25 America's Cup Avenue, Newport, Rhode Island, 02840. Room rates are $180/night (+ taxes & fees). Click here to make reservations (deadline: March 2, 2026).

Registration Policies

Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of registration. If you do not receive this email, please contact EACUBO at [email protected].

Cancellation Policy: If you must cancel prior to February 2, 2026, a $100 administration fee will be charged per registration refund.  Written cancellation requests must be received by February 2, 2026.  No refunds will be issued after this date. EACUBO cannot refund expenses for lodging, airfare, or other forum-related costs. To ensure a high-quality experience, EACUBO commits funds to hotel and event properties for space and catering. Every cancellation incurs costs to EACUBO, so we encourage everyone who needs to cancel their attendance to transfer their registration to a colleague. Paid non-cancelled registrations cannot be applied to future events.

Substitution Policy: Substitution of a registered attendee is allowed at any time with the authorization of the person who is no longer able to attend. Submit the name of the registrant and substitute attendee's name and contact information by email ([email protected]).
