Registration Information

Registration Categories

Full Registration (member and non-member): Includes educational sessions, breakfasts, lunches, and special events. It is crucial to provide a valid email address for each registered attendee. Registrants must make their own lodging reservations.

Guest Registration: Includes admission to breakfasts, lunches, and special events and must be made in conjunction with a full registration. Guest registration does not include access to educational sessions.

Note - - - Badges are required to attend all sessions and events.

All sessions will take place at The Westin Pittsburgh located at 1000 Penn Avenue, Pittsburgh, PA 15222. Room rates are $259/night (+ taxes & fees). Click here to make reservations (deadline: September 26, 2025).

Registration Policies

Confirmation: A confirmation email will be sent upon receipt of registration. If you do not receive this email, please contact EACUBO at [email protected].

Cancellation Policy: To cancel your registration, please send a notice by email ([email protected]). If you are unable to attend the conference, we encourage you to designate a substitute attendee, which can be done at any time, even on-site at the conference. If you must cancel after payment, we can refund 50% of your conference fee. Written cancellation requests must be received by October 1, 2025. No refunds will be issued after this date. EACUBO cannot refund expenses for lodging, airfare, or other conference-related costs. To ensure a high-quality experience, EACUBO commits funds to hotel and event properties for space and catering. Every cancellation incurs costs to EACUBO, so we encourage everyone who needs to cancel their attendance to transfer their registration to a colleague. Paid non-cancelled registrations cannot be applied to future events.

Substitution Policy: Substitution of a registered attendee is allowed at any time with the authorization of the person who is no longer able to attend. Submit the name of the registrant and substitute attendee's name and contact information by email to [email protected].
