The registration fee includes breakfasts, educational sessions, lunch, and the networking reception. Registrants are required to make their own travel and hotel reservations.

Next Generation Chief Business Officers (NGCBO) session is a full-day session that will address the important issue of leadership in our profession, the CBOs roles on campus, the emerging issues facing higher education, leadership style, career mapping, and more.  This session will take place on Wednesday, March 22.

Registration Policies:

Cancellation Policy: Cancellation notices must be received in writing via email. Registration cancellations will receive a full (100%) refund up to February 7, a 50% refund up to February 28, and no refund after February 28.  EACUBO reserves the right to update this policy.

Substitution Policy: Substitutions of a registered attendee is allowed at any time with the authorization of the person who is no longer able to attend. Send the name of the registrant and substitute attendee's name and contact information to EACUBO by email.

Code of Conduct: All attendees of the EACUBO 2023 Workshop agree to comply with all rules and conditions of the meeting, including all rules in the program, all rules in correspondence regarding the Annual Workshop, and all rules that are posted onsite at the meeting.

Important Registration Deadlines:

  • February 22, 2023 - Deadline for Early-Bird Registration
  • February 7, 2023 - Deadline for Full Refund
  • February 28, 2023 - Deadline for 50% Refund
  • March 21, 2023 - Deadline for Regular Registration
